1. Products & Descriptions

We strive to ensure all product information, images, pricing, and availability are accurate and up to date. However, we reserve the right to make changes without prior notice.

Product dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances.
Images are for illustration purposes; actual colors may differ slightly.

2. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to stock availability.
Payment is required in full before any order is confirmed.
Our standard supply model iscash & carryunless otherwise agreed.
All prices are listed inMalaysian Ringgit (MYR).

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Shipping & Delivery

By default, we do not provide delivery service. Customers are expected to arrange self-pickup or third-party collection unless agreed otherwise.
For delivery arrangements (if applicable), extra fees may apply based on destination and quantity.
We are not responsible for damages or delays caused by third-party couriers.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of building materials, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:-

Wrong quantity ordered by the customer
Damage due to improper handling or installation
Used, cut, or modified panels

We only accept product claims in the event of:-

Manufacturing defects
Items delivered in damaged condition (must be reported within 24 hours)

Please inspect goods upon pickup/delivery and report issues immediately.

5. Warranties & Liabilities

Our PVC Soffit Panels are designed for long-term use and are waterproof, termite-resistant, and low-maintenance under proper installation and indoor/outdoor use conditions.

However, we are not liable for:-

Improper installation or application
Site-specific environmental factors (e.g., excessive heat, chemicals, structural issues)
Indirect or consequential damages resulting from product use

All logos, images, graphics, and text on this website are the property of HISTRONG GLOBAL SDN BHD. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
